Description
Scholarship for residents of Charleston, West Virginia who are pursuing a postsecondary education or training in Education or Business at a West Virginia college/university. Preference given to students who have prior business or entrepreneurial experience. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, a minimum ACT score of 20, service to community, and good moral character. Award amount and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
